A new form of self-care in the palm of your hand
FAPES Saúde is live, a platform developed exclusively for beneficiaries who hold and depend on the Foundation's Health Care Plan (PAS), focusing on improving everyone's health and well-being journey.
Practical, fast and modern, the app will help transform your view of self-care. Through the “Health Profile” option, the beneficiary will be able to follow alerts, actions to be taken and recommendations to keep their health up to date, in addition to monitoring, in the “Prevention” tab, important events that FAPES has customized, according to gender and age group.
For the platform's functionalities, the Foundation considered making contact with the Family Health Program team more agile and, listening to the beneficiaries, it also aimed to facilitate navigation on its accredited network. In addition to allowing the most used services to be saved in favorites. All of this in the palm of your hand.
How to download the FAPES Health app?
The new app is now available for Android or iOS. In both app stores, simply do the following:
1. Access the Play Store or the App Store, depending on your smartphone;
2. Search for “FAPES Health”; and

Access is easy and fast, enter your social security number and click on “first access”. Then, enter your PAS card and create your password.
