Health gamification in practice: Ministry of Health uses AI chatbot to raise vaccination awareness

In December 2023, the Ministry of Health launched an AI chatbot connected to WhatsApp that should assist users with questions about the application of vaccines. The purpose of the initiative is to combat false news, especially about vaccination.

The first step in using the chatbot is to add the number (61) 9-9381-8399 to the cell phone contacts - the interaction is free. In the response options, it is possible to learn more about SUS services, vaccination, the fight against fake news, activate vaccine notifications and reminders, and be updated on scientific innovations in the health area. 📱
